Join us for an intimate four-course wine dinner featuring the acclaimed wines of Trefethen Family Vineyards, a historic, family-owned Napa Valley estate celebrated for estate-grown fruit, sustainable farming, and wines of balance, structure, and longevity.

The evening will be guided by:

Second Course
Espresso-Kissed Pork Slider
Coffee-rubbed pork slider with savory depth
Paired with Trefethen Eshcol Red Blend — supple, layered, and expressive

Third Course
Estate-Braised Short Ribs
Red wine–braised short ribs served with creamy mascarpone potatoes
Paired with a double pour of:
• Trefethen Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
• Dragon’s Tooth Red Blend — bold, structured, and complex

Dessert Course
Tiramisu Cake
Served alongside a standalone pour of Halo Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Trefethen’s flagship and most limited wine
